- Gameplay Data: We record your puzzle completion status (specifically for Prize Packs) to manage entries into the £100 prize draw.
- Device Information: We may collect basic, non-personally identifiable analytics regarding app performance and crash reports to improve the user experience.

- To provide and maintain the core functionality of the app.
- To manage user authentication and account security.
- To track valid entries and contact winners for the £100 prize draw.
- To improve our puzzle offerings and app stability.
3. Third-Party Services and Data Processors
To provide this service, we utilize secure third-party infrastructure. Your data is processed and stored using the following services:
- Firebase Authentication: Used to securely manage your login credentials and email address.
- Hetzner & Coolify: Our self-hosted backend infrastructure processes gameplay data and prize entries.
- n8n & Google Workspace: We use self-hosted automation workflows to securely log valid prize draw entries into a restricted Google Sheet ledger.
We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.
4. Data Security
We implement industry-standard security measures, including secure HTTPS API connections and encrypted database storage, to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, alteration, or destruction.
5. Your Data Rights
You have the right to access, update, or delete the personal information we hold about you. If you wish to delete your account or have your email removed from our prize draw ledger, please contact us. Note that deleting your account will forfeit any pending prize draw entries.
